Another love poem? I have a soft spot in my heart for them. I love the play on  words and how love starts as the something hidden, a bit “darker” per say and more reserved yet blossoms into both physical and emotional grace at the end.

Emotions of a sublime mind,
to be yours and to be mine.
Hidden away with pain and more,
never allowed to pass through heart’s door.
The impending wind, a threat to it all,
but love breaks down the heart’s wall.
Tucked away I keep my love,
but will turn it loose so we can play.
Let our souls dance and let them love,
for we know that the day will come.
Come for us to be as one,
necking, embracing, loving we will.
I love you my splendid,
my heart’s treasure and grace.
Love me, take me,
Award me your emotions and physical grace.
